WPM free, specialized online learning videos are hosted entirely on our dedicated Whiteboard Project Management (WPM) YouTube channel. Simply search for "Whiteboard Project Management" on YouTube, or click the link on our homepage, to access our library of practical tools and techniques.
How do I request customized professional training for my team?
To arrange an individual or team training session (in-class, live via MS Teams/Zoom, or webinar), please visit our "Contact Us" page. Briefly describe your team's size, your project's industry (EPC, Oil & Gas, etc.), and the specific project management topics or skills you want to focus on. WPM will then contact you to discuss a tailored training agenda and quote.
How does the On-Demand PMP Exam Preparation training work?
Our PMP Exam prep provides you with structured, on-demand study material and guidelines based on the latest PMBOK Guide. It can be a self-paced program. However, if you’d like to have the live training or an online via live MS Teams/Zoom, please visit out “Contact Us’ page, describe your request and WPM will contact you to discuss the tailored PMP exam prep for you and quote.

What is the cost of WPM’s services?
The cost varies significantly based on the service. Our educational videos on YouTube are completely free. For customized training and consultancy, the fee is determined by the scope, duration, complexity of the project, No. of People, in-person or online, and required person-hours. We provide a tailored, transparent quote after an initial needs assessment.
Which languages are WPM’s services provided in?
Currently, all of our free online videos, training, and consultancy services are primarily conducted in English. However, in-Person/ or Live training can be performed in three languages (English, Czech and Arabic).
Please note that training material will be always in English only.
What is the process for ordering customized consultancy services?
